Windshield Banner - Happy in Japanese 60" (Cut-Out Letters)

Ordered a banner, and a rear window sticker. The rest window went on fine but the windshield banner I followed the steps on the video to a T, washed my windshield , cleaned it with alcohol, used water with a single drop of soap. Squeegeed it as hard as I possibly could with my vinyl squeegee. Even used heat gun like it suggested, took my time and still when I went to peel the transfer tape off the banner kept lifting I tried using more heat and squeegeeing more, I was super careful but after another half hour of trying to get this hammer to stick I gave up. I am positive there was nothing on my windshield. I’m positive I followed the steps provided as perfectly as I could. The banner just would not stay stuck to windshield. Ended up getting to bad from continuously trying to fix it that I gave up and peeled the whole thing off. I’m disappointed because I’ve never had an issue with this company before. Every other banner/ vinyl cut I put on from them went on without issue.
A little disappointed to spend all the money and have nothing now. :/

I definitely recommend using the wet method in order to install the banner! And for sure 2 people are needed in order to make the install smooth. Aside from that, the quality of the banner is amazing and if looks incredible on the car!

Looks great was packaged nicely, arrived quickly and there customer support is great. my dumb ass failed to see that the shift knobs ship separately even tho they clearly indicated that on the shipping papers but when I emailed asking about it they responded in less then a hour at 7pm. 10/10 would buy from them again

I previously had a banner from a different brand, and was not impressed with the quality. This one from HE is really great though: the color is surprisingly vibrant in person, the installation was way easier than the last one I fought with, and the design isn’t cut out in a way that’s too intricate for its own good. If I had to include any critique, it would be to add a little extra material on the top of the banners, just so there’s more leeway towards the middle of the windshield, as I was almost not needing to trim in the middle with how my windshield was shaped (2011 Mazda 3), but that’s incredibly nitpicky and this is just a really solid banner.

Nice quality

Probably the Vegas weather, but the vinyl was damaged when it got here. We tried our best to make it look ok though. Sadly it didn’t work well. It was worth a shot
