Orders ship within 3 business days. Weekend/holiday orders start the next business day.

Choose at checkout: Canada Post, USPS, UPS (and more). Once handed off, the carrier handles delivery.

A tracking link arrives when your order ships. If scans stall, paste the number into your local postal website — it often shows fresher updates.

USA: Duties and import taxes are prepaid and included in your order — no extra fees on delivery.

Other destinations: Local taxes/duties may apply upon arrival and are the customer’s responsibility. These are not refundable by Happy Endings.

🔄 Back Orders

If something’s out of stock, we’ll email options: ship partial now, hold & ship together, or refund the missing item.

📬 Address Issues

If a package returns due to an incorrect address, we’ll confirm details before resending. Additional postage applies for re-shipments.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email a tracking link when your order ships. If updates pause, try your tracking number on the carrier’s own website for fresher scans.

Are duties/taxes included?

USA orders: duties/import taxes are prepaid and included — no extra fees at delivery. Other destinations may charge local taxes/duties when your package arrives.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Message us ASAP. If the order already shipped, the carrier may offer an intercept or reroute (fees may apply).
