Everything you need to know about processing times, tracking, duties, and delivery.

🕒 Processing Time

Orders ship within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Clothing, shift knobs, and made-to-order items may ship separately and may have different delivery timelines.

📦 Shipping Options

Available shipping methods are shown at checkout based on your location. We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, and local postal partners.

🔍 Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. If tracking pauses, check the same number on your local postal website, as it may show newer updates.

📮 Estimated Transit Times

Transit time begins after your order has shipped and been accepted by the carrier. Most orders arrive within the estimates below, but timing can vary due to customs, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or local postal volume.

🌎 Duties & Taxes

USA orders: duties and import taxes are prepaid and included in your order total. No extra duty fee should be due on delivery.

Other countries: local duties, taxes, or import fees may apply when your package arrives and are the customer’s responsibility.

🔄 Back Orders

If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll email you with options to ship available items first, hold the order, swap the item, or refund the unavailable item.

📬 Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed address, we can resend it once returned to us. Additional postage applies for reshipments.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders ship within 3 business days. Transit time begins after the carrier receives the package.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. If tracking does not update right away, please allow the carrier time to scan the package into their network.

Are duties and taxes included?

USA orders: duties and import taxes are prepaid and included in your order total.

For other countries, local duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged when your package arrives. These fees are set by your local customs office and are not controlled by Happy Endings.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.

If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

If your order already shipped to an incorrect or outdated address, please contact your local post office or carrier and ask if they can hold the package for pickup.

What if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays can happen during holidays, weather events, customs processing, or high-volume periods. If tracking has not updated for several business days, please check the tracking number on your local postal carrier’s website.

What if tracking says delivered but I do not have it?

Please check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbours, or anyone else who may have accepted the package.

If it still cannot be found, contact the carrier directly and ask them to verify the delivery scan and delivery location. For USPS deliveries, you can request GPS scan details from USPS.

Do items ever ship separately?

Yes. Some items, including clothing, shift knobs, and made-to-order products, may ship separately. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
