Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours from our warehouses in Canada or USA. Orders are processed the next business day after weekends and public holidays.
During significant online promotions, as well as the Christmas and Black Friday periods, our orders team and postal systems in some countries may experience a backlog due to a high volume of packages. As a result, you may experience slight delays in the delivery of your orders during these times.
You will be responsible for choosing and paying for your preferred shipping method/carrier during the checkout process.
Once a package has been handed over to one of our chosen shipping carriers and the order marked as fulfilled, Happy Endings can no longer be held accountable for the whereabouts of your order as it travels through the chosen carrier's postal network.
If you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your order, please do contact us, but also be aware that we may need to refer you to the customer service department for the chosen shipping carrier to have them help you in locating your package.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking link (usually from Canada Post). If the last update on the tracking was a while ago, it may be necessary to check the final mile tracking link for your country. This is because your local postal service is likely responsible for the final delivery. You can use the same tracking number to check the final delivery status. Simply copy and paste the tracking number into the search bar for your relevant local delivery service to track the package.

Whenan order placed on our website is shipped to a country, not in the USA, customs, duties, tariffs, and other such import-related fees or taxes may berequired foryour package when it arrives in your home country. If any such fees are present on your order, you, the customer, will be solely liable to pay any such costs. Happy Endings cannot be held responsible for these fees, nor do we attempt to calculate these fees on your behalf during checkout.
As mentioned in our returns policy, if an order with any of the fees mentioned above paid on it is returned to us, Happy Endings will not be able to refund any such fees to you. You will need to discuss this with your local tax office.
If an item goes on back order, we will contact you directly to discuss all possible options available to you.
Typically, we can either ship you the part of your order that is in stock, and then when the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.Orwe can delay the shipping of your entire order until all products are back in stock. We can also refund you for any back-ordered items.
Incorrect Address Supplied
If you supplied an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address during the checkout process, and your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier we will contact you to confirm the correct address to send your package to before sending it to you again.
Please note that if you supply an incorrect address and we are required to re-send a package, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs before the package is re-sent.
