We recommend using rubbing alcohol to clean your titanium bolts. Other cleaning agents may damage the unique color finish. To avoid damage, please use the correct Allen key size and avoid over-torquing the bolts.

When Your Order Ships (Turnaround Time)
We aim to ship orders within 3 business days from our Canadian warehouse. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we'll process it on the next business day.

Choosing Your Shipping Method (Carriers)

Once your package is with the carrier and marked as fulfilled, Happy Endings is no longer responsible for its whereabouts. If you have concerns about your package, please don't hesitate to contact us. However, we may direct you to the shipping carrier's customer service for assistance in locating it.
Tracking Your Order

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, it might be because your local postal service is handling the final delivery.
