Here's what you need to know about getting your Happy Endings order!
When Your Order Ships (Turnaround Time)
We aim to ship orders within 3 business days from our warehouses in Canada or the USA. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we'll process it on the next business day.
Please note that during major sales events, such as Black Friday and Christmas, or other significant online promotions, there may be slight delays due to the high volume of packages our team and postal services handle.
Choosing Your Shipping Method (Carriers)
You'll choose and pay for your preferred shipping method and carrier (like Canada Post, UPS, USPS, etc.) at checkout.
Once your package is with the carrier and marked as fulfilled, Happy Endings is no longer responsible for its whereabouts. If you have concerns about your package, please don't hesitate to contact us. However, we may direct you to the shipping carrier's customer service for assistance in locating it.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped (usually from Canada Post and UPS).
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, it might be because your local postal service is handling the final delivery. You can use the same tracking number provided to check the status on your country's local postal service website (e.g., USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for the UK, Australia Post for Australia, etc.). Just copy and paste the tracking number into their search bar.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All Happy Endings orders are shipped from our warehouses in Canada or the USA.
If your order is shipped to a country outside the USA, you might need to pay customs duties, tariffs, or other import fees/taxes when your package arrives in your home country.

You, the customer, are responsible for paying these fees.

Happy Endings cannot be held responsible for these charges, nor can we calculate them for you during checkout.

If you return an order for which you paid these fees, Happy Endings cannot refund them to you. You will need to contact your local tax office for a refund of these fees.
Back Orders
If an item you ordered is on back order (meaning it's temporarily out of stock), we will contact you directly to discuss your options.
Typically, you'll have these choices:

We can ship the in-stock items now and send the back-ordered item later when it becomes available.

We can hold your entire order and ship everything together once all products are in stock.

We can refund you for any back-ordered items.
Incorrect Address Supplied
If you provide an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address during checkout, and your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will contact you.

We'll confirm the correct address with you before sending your package again.

Please note that if we need to re-send a package due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs before the package is re-sent.
