When will my HAPPY ENDINGS order be processed / dispatched?
We ship from Canada! Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order (and during high-volume sales periods, like holiday sales and new drops, an additional 1-4 business days).
Please note that orders are not processed over the weekend, all orders from Friday-Sunday will be processed Monday onwards. We will send you an email confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped!
What are HAPPY ENDINGS delivery time frames?
Below are estimated delivery time frames provided by the Post Office(s). HAPPY ENDINGS® cannot guarantee delivery times once packages leave our facility.
Canada: 1-7 business days
United States: 4-7 business days
International: 6-10 business days
Please be aware that with all shipping options, most do not include transit time on the weekends. Delivery estimates are based on the handler's shipping speeds, and start after we have processed and shipped your order. Orders shipped across the border may be delayed at customs which are out of our control.
Will I be able to track my package?
Depending on the size of your order, tracked shipping will be an option you can select at checkout from the quoted shipping rates before finalizing your transaction. Tracking is not offered for smaller items such as key tags, stickers, or key chains. For our bigger items (clothing, banners, and shift knobs) we will provide you with a tracking number. If you are based in Canada, track your package on Canada Post. If you are based in the US you can check your tracking number USPS.
Where is my order?
If the package is shipped with tracking, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please refer to your tracking number prior to emailing about your package. If your package has not been delivered or is late, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number for updates. You must contact your local postal service and/or customs office to locate packages.
The tracking says delivered, my order is NOT here?
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:
NORTH AMERICA CUSTOMERS: Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package.
Please contact your local post office and/or customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. If the package still does not show up, please call the carrier to file a claim. HAPPY ENDINGS® cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property.
My shipment arrived damaged - what do I do?
HAPPY ENDINGS® is NOT responsible or liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing with the carrier.
Will you ship all my items together in one order?
Depending on your Items, they may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
If the order has been shipped, you will be liable to pay for re-shipment costs once the order has been returned. Please email us as soon as you catch the error, the sooner the better.
Does my order have to go through customs?
If your order is dispatched internationally (outside of Canada), it has to be cleared through customs. Your customs agency may charge you additional applicable taxes and duties.

Buyers are accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. If delivery is refused due to your not paying the applicable duties/fees, you forfeit all rights to a refund on your item(s).
