We ship from Canada so orders shipped across the border may take longer due to customs. Here are estimated shipping times provided by the Post Office:

United States: 7-25 business days
International: 10-35 business days
Unprecedented parcel volumes combined with new safety protocols and pandemic measures in Canada and the U.S.A are creating delays for customers. We have adjusted our delivery standards to better reflect expected delivery times, however service may not be consistent. Some items may be delivered 7 to 10 days beyond published delivery standards. Consumers and business shippers should consider the additional delivery time when making commitments to recipients in the U.S.A.

We suspended on-time delivery guarantees on March 18, 2020 due to the unique circumstances we are operating in. The suspensions remain in effect for XpresspostTM-USA and PriorityTM Worldwide.
Tracking is not offered for smaller items such as key tags, license plate frames, stickers, or key chains. For our bigger items (clothing, banners and shift knobs) we will provide you with a tracking number.

Ownership of packages turned over to the carrier transfers to the buyer. Happy Endings is NOT responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us. Any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier.

Buyers are accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. Also, HAPPY ENDINGS is NOT responsible liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
