Can I get a refund for my order?
All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges.
HAPPY ENDINGS® reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on all orders that are refunded or canceled (this includes pre-order and back-order items). Return shipping costs on Rejected Requests (i.e. fully operational, undamaged items) will be billed to the customer.
Damaged or faulty products
At Happy Endings®, our top priority is customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to assist you.
For the fastest resolution, please send us a photograph and describe the problem. Once we have verified that the product was damaged, we will send you a replacement at no cost or process a refund upon request.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue replacements for errors caused by the improper installation or use of the product. We highly advise seeking professional installation on banners and decals.
What if I received the wrong item(s) in my order?
If there’s been a mistake and you’ve received the incorrect item/order, please send us an email request containing your order number and a photograph of the item(s) within 1 week of receiving your shipment. We will replace the item and cover the shipping charges.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the items in your order. Please carefully review your information prior to finalizing your purchase - this includes your name, billing address, shipping address, and the contents within your order.
Can I get a refund for the price difference if the item(s) I bought go on sale later on?
We do not offer price adjustments and discount codes are time-bound. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
